Mobile container canopies with PVC tarpaulin or steel construction

Kitbuilding Systems offers container canopies with PVC tarpaulin or steel cladding. Both options are available in various sizes and are suitable for temporary or permanent use depending on the selected construction.

PVC Tarpaulin

Our PVC container canopies are made from a single-piece, highly tear-resistant and tensile PVC tarpaulin. Thanks to an integrated anchoring system, the canopy can be securely mounted on containers, steel structures or concrete foundations and is designed for year-round use.

  • Weatherproof PVC cover
  • UV-stabilised, waterproof, optionally flame-retardant
  • Weight: 610 g/m²
  • Available in two colours: light grey and military green
  • Hot-dip galvanised Q215 steel frame
  • Wind resistance: 31–35 m/s
  • Snow load: 66 kg/m²

Steel Construction

Steel container canopies are designed for permanent applications. The fully hot-dip galvanised steel frame combined with steel cladding provides exceptional stability, durability and load-bearing capacity. These solutions are ideal for demanding industrial and long-term storage applications.

  • Hot-dip galvanised steel frame
  • Steel cladding for permanent use
  • High structural stability and load capacity
  • Ideal for long-term and industrial applications
  • Fixing via flat base plates that can be bolted or welded to containers

Advantages of an Arched Roof

The arched roof consists of vertical arches that are reinforced by horizontally running steel tubes and firmly connected to each other by bolted joints. This roof shape prevents water accumulation and build-up even over longer periods of time, as rain and dirt can run off evenly.

Advantages of a Pitched Roof

The roof consists of two sloping roof surfaces that are connected by a robust ridge. The structure is reinforced by transversely running steel tubes, which additionally stabilise the roof frame. Due to this pointed roof shape, precipitation, snow and dirt can run off on both sides.
